The Vice President of Construction & Maintenance leads the planning, design, execution and maintenance of all projects for MIMCO’s clients and ownership groups. This executive role is responsible for directing a team of construction and design professionals to deliver ground-up development and redevelopment projects from initial concept through final construction. Vice President plays a key leadership role in coordinating site evaluation, overseeing architectural and engineering design, securing necessary entitlements and permits, and managing construction execution to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with MIMCO’s quality standards.
