About

MIMCO was founded in 1972 to provide real estate investment opportunities in El Paso, Texas. With over 50 years of experience in the real estate business, the MIMCO-managed portfolio has grown to include over 350 properties in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona encompassing over 8.5 million square feet of properties.

MIMCO’s retail properties range in size from 1,200 to 276,000 square feet and office/warehouse projects up to 196,000 square feet. MIMCO currently has approximately 1,900 leases in its portfolio, including many tenants with multiple locations. Additionally, MIMCO has managed construction projects ranging from small single-user to multi-million dollar multi-tenant projects, including ground up construction and the complete renovation of existing developments. MIMCO only manages properties in which its owners have a direct financial investment. MIMCO, therefore, takes great pride and extra care to ensure that its properties are well-constructed, well-maintained and that the property management and maintenance teams are responsive to tenants’ needs. Execution of these goals has been the key to MIMCO’s success, resulting in strong tenant relationships and repeat business opportunities.

With over 50 employees, MIMCO’s team has extensive knowledge across multiple asset classes and is able to provide in-house expertise in acquisition, development, construction management, financing, accounting and reporting, legal, property management and leasing.
